James (Jamie) Crowley is a Jackson, Michigan native with over 25 years of experience in both small, privately owned, entrepreneurial businesses as well as large multi-national firms. His expertise is in new product development, market diversification and capital equipment sales.
During his automotive career he has captured and grown business for his firms with original equipment manufacturers such as General Motors, Ford, FCA, Toyota and Honda as well as tier ones that include TRW and American Axle.
During the great recession he was able to identify, penetrate and achieve account development in non-automotive production plants of marine boat motors at Mercury Marine, heavy equipment supplier Caterpillar, solar energy’s Unisolar and in the medical device market with firms such as Intuitive and Stryker. His teams have been able to accomplish this diversification and increase their resiliency applying Medici Effect principals, which contend commonly known technology and patterns in one industry can become revolutionary game changers in others.
Jamie is also an accomplished marketer having personally written hundreds of white papers, brochures, pamphlets and other collateral in addition to designing individual websites in conjunction with the ever changing search engine optimization strategies.
Jamie is a single parent of three adult children, an avid runner and writer. He has an MBA from Spring Arbor University and his bachelor’s was earned at Grand Valley State University.
