Pratik Mehta is an analyst for energy advisory & solutions at ICF International. He was formerly a Research Associate at the Institute for Research on Labor, Employment, & the Economy (IRLEE) at the University of Michigan (UM). Under the First Customer Program (FCP) he provided market research and competitive analysis for start-up and small companies across Michigan. He worked with start-ups in the Technology and Commercialization Assistance (TCA) Program at IRLEE and assisted in the preparation of Market Specific Overviews and detailed Action Plans for clients. He was responsible for evaluating competitive landscape, performing SWOT and Porter’s five forces competitive analysis of business models and estimating market size for select start-up clients in and around Michigan region. He formerly worked as an EDF Climate Corp Fellow during the Summer of 2015 at GlenStar Asset Management on the Chicago Board of Trade Building. Pratik  graduated from the University of Michigan with his Master of Engineering in Energy Systems Engineering and Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Surat.
