Susan Kane has more than 20 years experience driving operational excellence and building high performing teams. Over the course of her career, she has held leadership roles at RadioShack, Shell Oil Company, and Park ‘N Fly, a national leader in the airport parking industry. In these positions, she has provided operational leadership to as many as six thousand employees and managed profit and loss statements exceeding $500 million. She works to improve the customer experience through data gathering, employee engagement, and implementation of innovative technologies to create operational consistencies throughout large organizations.
She currently serves as the COO of Growth Capital Network, where she leads operations, marketing, and business development, and is expanding her focus to the health care, entrepreneurial, and philanthropic sectors. She also leads ProVision Management, a management consulting firm that helps businesses with customer experience, organizational design, and strategy. Ms. Kane graduated from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia, where she was Six Sigma Certified. She has an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
