Arvind Balaji

Arvind Balaji is a Master’s student in Industrial and Operations, where he is a fellow of the Tauber Institute for Global Operations. His work and research interests lie at the intersection of operations strategy, automation, and manufacturing. Arvind has previously worked on projects in battery thermal management, warehouse automation, digital twins, and robotics across the automotive, manufacturing, and consulting sectors, including international experience in Germany and Australia. He is excited to contribute to the Economic Growth Institute by applying his background in engineering, data-driven decision-making, and global operations.
In his free time, he enjoys writing finance articles, reading thrillers, and exploring new technologies.
