Succession Planning
for Defense Suppliers

The MDRP program aims to keep the Department of Defense (DoD) supply chain strong by supporting companies with cybersecurity resiliency and succession planning services.  The program provides assistance to companies that need support in achieving compliance with DFARS 252.204-7012. In addition, succession planning assistance is available for companies that are pending a company transition in the next 10 years. Cost-share funding is available to companies in need.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Less than 500 employees

  • Earn at least 10% annual revenue from DoD contracts within the past 5 years

  • Business located in Michigan
