Empowering Auto Manufacturers

Diversification Playbook

Driving the Future with Industry Diversification

As the automotive industry shifts from internal combustion engines (ICE) to electric vehicles (EV), manufacturers face a critical transition as many components and processes used in ICE manufacturing can be adapted to support the EV supply chain. Our Diversification Playbook, funded by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), helps small and medium-sized manufacturers (SMMs) repurpose their capabilities for the growing EV and clean energy markets.
