Kevin Rucinski is a Senior Project Manager with EGI.
Combining broad industry experience with innovative thinking, Kevin helps manufacturing leaders implement actions that strengthen their competitive position. Through his work at EGI, he supports business leaders across Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana; connecting them with resources to help them succeed.
Kevin is a registered Professional Engineer, Six Sigma Black Belt, and Six Sigma Operational Excellence Champion. He was the first Six Sigma Black Belt at AlliedSignal Corporation to be promoted to the position of Operational Excellence Champion. He has worked in large corporate structures as well as closely held private firms.
Kevin strives for win/win/win outcomes. He believes successful companies are those that value all of the parties they work with, i.e., suppliers, customers, and employees. Win/lose is not part of Kevin’s mindset.
Before joining EGI in 2017, Kevin was VP/General Manager at Douglas Electric Company in Wyandotte, MI.
Outside of work, Kevin likes to spend time with his wife, children, and three grandchildren. He likes to fix almost anything that’s broken (sometimes much to the displeasure of his wife!). He enjoys reading science fiction and the occasional (shorter) business book.
Kevin has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lowell Technological Institute, Lowell, MA, and an MBA from Bryant University in Smithfield, RI. Kevin is also a certified Allovance Decision Coach.
